Our Charges

We charge £35 (no VAT payable) per hour or part hour of our engineer’s time. Any hardware costs would be charged in addition.

Our Call out Charge is £35 and includes the first hour of the engineers time. An assessment of the problem would be done in that time so that we could advise the potential charge for correction.

If the item cannot be fixed onsite or we feel that the elapsed time of the correction would we would take it away to be corrected.
